Please can you help I have a brand new laptop Acer Travelmate 6592, it crashed with Error Code 40000080 parameter1 8a261ad0 parameter2 89e21f10
parameter3 805502b8 parameter4 00000001 minidmp attached

If you have any USB devices attached try updating the drivers for them, maybe a wireless network adapter?

Sorry all this is new to me I only have a Mouse attached. Must I disable the Wireless option? What does the dump say as I do not know how to read this
