Crashing help

My computer has recently started restarting itself at random times and rebooting back up. Now it's crashing every once in awhile and when I try to power it back up the machine turns on it but it doesn't actually boot up just a black screen. I'm not sure what's causing the problem and I haven't installed anything recently that could be causing it.

I didn't have any problem up until now and I gathered my latest minidump files if anyone might be able to point me in right direction.

Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion.

I just ran Memtest and neither stick showed any errors and i'm currently waiting to see if any other crashes occur. If so, i'll report back and inform everyone for some more ideas if something else could be causing the crash.

Thanks!

Are you over-clocking this PC? Here's exactly what the minidumps showed:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
USBPORT.sys

MEMORY Management

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
USBOHCI.sys

Do you have all the Windows Updates applied?
