CRC failed in outlook.pst ?

I cannot open my backup .rar file anymore It says CRC failed in outlook.pst ... but I don't think it is very corrupt ... just a little ... any great tweaking programs that can open it anyway?

Are you able to do a "repair" on the file using WinRAR?
