Creative Zen Touch Problems

  1. I have recently had to format my computer and have reinstalled my Zen Touch Software. I tried to upgrade my firmware through the Creative web site but received an error message stating that the device was not connected to the computer (which it was). I can also no longer copy any tracks that were already stored on my Zen to my computer as I get an error stating that Access to the file is denied. (However, strangely enough, I can transfer a new track from the computer to my zen and then back again). My warranty expired two months ago and I can no longer receive email support from Creative. Can anyone help PLEASE!!!!!
