  1. There is a program out called "Crossloop" It is a remote assistance application that is simple to use for both parties. They have a free version and a professional version.

    I use it because sometimes my brothers have problems with their computers and the closest one is 500 miles from me. Of course they want me to drive to or fly to them to fix their computer.

    It is a good application to have as long as both parties have internet.
    Anyone else try it? Any comments on its use, especially any problems that may have come up.
