Can you tell me how to find out?
So if it's not that then can you tell me how I might find out what is wrong with my computer? I ran McAfee and it didn't find anything but my computer keeps freezing and a lot of the things are not working right like my printer. I know I got something I just don't know how to find out what? Thanks so much for the help. :wave:

Note: The csrss.exe file is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32. In other cases, csrss.exe is a virus, spyware, Trojan or worm! ...
If you suspect malware, please follow the steps here: Virus and Malware Removal
Attach the 3 logs for review.
Also run a full system scan with your antivirus program and include that log.
