    I have been advised to adjust the router channel to 11. How can I do that?

    Ok, firstly you need to access the administrator settings. This is generally done by typing in 192.168.1.0 or 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.0 or 192.168.0.1 depending on the router and its settings (try them all!)! Type in the passwords if you have any and then simply go into the router and then find the correct setting.
