Good morning y'all,

I was wondering if the wireless router I use is up to the modern day demands. This is the router: http://www.cnet.com/products/d-link-wbr-2310-rangebooster-g-wireless-router/specs/

There are 3 iPads, 4 iPhones, a couple laptops, two Apple TV's and an iMac that have regular contact with it at the same time. I noticed that it is only capable of band G wifi, would this be an issue considering the modern devices being used on it? I should note that Wightmans Ultra package is what feeds the router. Speed tests show around 1.1-1.8mb download speed.

I appreciate any advice, thanks!

Launch your Taskmgr and set Show Processes for All Users.

Click the Process Tab and then the Resource Monitor (you'll then have two windows)
using the Overview Tab, collapse all four so you only see the header for each of
{CPU, Disk, Network, Memory}

Click on the Taskmgr Networking Tab, scroll to see the Local Lan or Wireless

Now let'r rip on all your systems

You can see the network traffic and evaluate it for saturation - - what's that?
TCP tops out between 70-75% utilization. If you'r no where near that - - then save your money :)
