D420 Bios Password Removal

Hello everybody, three weeks ago i got a Motherboard from ebay for my
Dell LATITUDE D420 after i put it all together i find out that it has a
bios password. I have been reading everything i can on the web and yes i have googled for days and days.the only good thing i have found is this site. is there any one out there that can help me plz.

p/s can not boot from floppy/cd/hd
