Daily BSOD on Win 7 x64, different errors

Greetings,
can someone please check those dumps for me, I'm issuing some BSODs everytime I turn on pc, only one per day. If BSOD happen, after restart everything is fine. But when I shut down PC, and turn it again on after aprox 10 hours, BSOD pops up again...
I've run memtest and mem is fine, no errors...

1. Start > Run > type in ChkDsk > Okay. Tell us if after the completion of Stage 2 reports "Recovering Lost Files."

2. Do the above but insert EventVwr.msc in place of ChkDsk. Pay particular attention to Yellow Triangles and especially RedXs. Take note of what they flag if you have any.

3. Run a security scan. What security do you have installed?

Two of your errors are 0x24 and the third is 0x19 and both of these can be caused by harddrive issues or driver issues.
