Hello Route44,
I am facing a similar problem. Interestingly it happens when I am using a browser. I thought it was chrome but started occurring after I moved to firefox too. Please help. Posted details below:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000008, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 071012-15459-01.

"unable to attach the dump file"... Why? Select the .dmp file(s) and right-click, choosing "send to a compressed(zipped)file" Upload that file here... Simple, right?

The trouble is whenever I try to zip it , the system throws an error - Cannot open , Access Denied

Specifically:
C:\Windows\Minidump\071012-11341-01.zip: Cannot open 071012-11341-01.dmp
! Access is denied.

You are set as an Administrator and are you the only user of this computer?

I am the admin and the sole user. Do I need to give additional permissions anywhere?

Is this Windows 7? Is Windows Fully updated and a legal copy?
