"I am currently using a custom built computer that has been repaired multiple times"...

What version of Windows are you running? Try installing Windows fresh by doing a format first

Ok sorry i was a month late in replying but got caught up in some other business and for some reason it was deleted from the history.

Any way, version is

Windows xp 32Bit 5.1 (Build 2600.Sp3)

Also not a chance in formating for a long, long time, Missing Xp disk, But i still got the code, And lots of data that is needed for my websites

Back up that important data and try another power supply. It's funny how many people forget the power supply when posting their computer specs

Hmmmm i seem to have forgotten the PSU, Thinking that its not very important if this was a software issue, Looks like its a hardware problem.

The BSODs have subsided for abit, Also my Psu is a TT Btx-450, Which is good IMO since the last PSU was around 315 watt, Anyway Back on topic.

I have another Btx 450 in my "Repaired by me" Computer in my room, I think i could do without it for a while because the CPU fan Jams and fails to start at 60C so i haft to manually spin it till around 62C to jumpstart it, so anyway, ill try to move the psu in to this one
