  1. Does anyone know what data5.cab is???

    Im having this problem while Im trying to install enter the matrix, eithout any sucess of course........

    It's cabinet file, usually contain game data. If you can't installed this game then you must have bad copy, or your cd have a/many scratch so installer cannot installed required file.
    My advice, go and find another cd or maybe you can get replacement for your damage cd.

    ohhhh-kay, having the same problem over here - Myst 4 wants to find data5.cab on disk 0.

    i'm not sure it's the disks - it's been installed on two other computers quite successfully. could it be the dvd-rom not being as adept at compensating?

    Myst 4 Install/ data5.cab

    Anyone figure out a solution for the data5.cab situation/ I have only 2 disks and it requires data5.cab on disk 0???
    there is no disk 0 and there is no data5.cab???
