    how does the software Faronics DeepFreeze work?
    this software *freezes* the HD
    it doesnt allow changes to be made to the HD (i.e restores files affected by virus, uninstalling of s/w, installing new s/w or even a format of the *frozen* HD)
    .
    someone told me that NTFS provides a similar facility but i cant find it... can anyone help?
