    Hello, My nephew asked me to fix his computer. It was very slow. I did spybot, adaware, virus scan , its faster now but there is a my backup folder that I cannot delete and maybe I shouldn't but its 10GB. It is running Windows XP Home

    Any thoughts?

    Thank you

    You can run CCleaner
    There's also an area (in Options->Include->Add Folder) that you can use ;)
    Make sure that all backups have been completed (externally to CD or flash drive) first though

    CD \ ->Enter
    rd /s/q "My Backup--25-08-08 2249" ->Enter

    Thanks for the update :grinthumb

    The next option would have been: Ultimate Boot CD
    But it's a good idea to have this BootCD anyway ;)
