Deleted history

how do i get my deleted history back i accidently deleted today and i wondered if anyone knew how i could retrace it thanx

Are you trying to track a lot of history?
I'll assume you're using Internet Explorer.
Search you HDD for "index.dat" files, before searching, you'll need to go to advanced options and search hidden/system folders.
You'll aslo need a special proram to view the file:

Just a comment: History is nothing more than a listing of the sites you've been on. They are temporary internet files> This is NOT something you want to keep for reference.

If you want to remember a particular site, save it as a Favorite or a Bookmark. That will save the link. IF you want to pull a site up again, just open Favorites or Bookmarks.
