Also, Paragon is right. I know the person is reliable as I bought the service to get my BIOS password removed off him. It took longer than the 24 hour time line that he promised; but it worked.
Unfortunately now I'm stuck with a hard drive password too.
The site "ihatedell" was closed as a result of Dell threatening to take legal action over the availability of the DST software for download and no other reason. Folks with the Dx20/Dx30 and comensurate Inspirons probably turned to razik, since you have not been answering queries for those models very often, and the site was of no help with the rest of the files.
