Dell D430 needs reboot after each undock

I have a new dell D430 with a mediabase.
I use the mediabase at work, and each night, I hibernate and take the laptop home.
I find that when I come to work, dock the laptop and turn the laptop on, I can't use my external monitor or the DVD or any USB ports, but keyboard and mouse are OK.
The only way to remedy this, is to reboot while docked.
Is this a glitch, and is there a fix?

Although you have A07 Already !

In that case try Memtest on your Ram

nope, memtest came back fine.
I wonder if I have screwed something under software!

Can you go back there (if you haven't already)
And click on Chat with Support

This is a live session with Dell support, that has instant results

There may be an issue that I am unaware of.
I would certainly like to know their response too
