    I posted a problem I have with my Dell d510 I remove the admin password with the paperclip.The chip was right where everyone said it would be.Under the PCMIA it starts of with the num24 but went on with the letters LC16b.But now I need to get the password for the HDD.The HDD number is 2PAX2CJYG0G-595B can anyone help with a password or tell me how to get a password ..Thanks

    Hi

    you can do a google on "repair station" they run a site which removes HDD passwords for a large and hefty price.

    Easiest thing is to buy a new one on Ebay, there cheap as chips and will cost you less.
