I have to say the same thing what I sad before. Read all the replays in this two pages especially the ones from Lamo. He is the one who showed and explained us the "burning method". I have done that method numerous times with success on different motherboard as well. At the beginning I strangled a little, but that is the fun. I can't tell you which capacitor it is, because it could be any and there is a lot of them. It could be on top or bottom just follow Lamos guide of burning method and it will show you which one is it.
Thanks a lot again to Lamo.

HMMM.. you have not answered my question, you say look at lamo. yet you say on the subject you found the capacitor. and all 3 look the same. i am not asking you to resolve my problem, i am asking you can you remember what part of the motherboard was the capacitor . surly you can remember that? top? bottom? location on the board? i will say again i am not asking you to resolve my problem. i just want to know from your own experience what part of the board did you find the capacitor. on the dell d800 motherboard. so where on the motherboard.?

i have no interest in what lamo done otherwise i would have asked him and yes i have read the board i just want to know where u found the dead capacitor on your board. what colour was it? small, big? bottom board top. near by cpu? near graphics? i just want to know that. that's all? so where on the motherboard did you find it? or did u find it at all?.
