Dell Dimension 8100 mobo trouble

I just got this Dell tower from a co-worker that pretty much didn't want it anymore and hadn't messed with it since he got it.

I bring it home, turn it on; no video.

Okay, I open up the Rubik's Cube of a case and make sure the video card is firmly in place, then I turn it back on; no video.

I go to work then next day and grab another video card just to make sure it wasn't a bad card to begin with, take it home, install it; no video.

I'm looking around on the mobo for a failsafe switch of some sort, and I don't see any jumpers that stand out. But there is a REALLY bright yellow LED light with "STDBY" printed next to it. I hear the machine running, I here the HDD kick in, but still no video.

Anyone have any clue what I can do to get this thing to cooperate with me?

    1. Try resetting the BIOS
    2. Check to see if your monitor is working by putting it in another comp
    3. Try a new PSU

I think that,Mem may be dirty or bad,
    clean mem,install back,power up,

    change mem slot,power up

make sure the LCD cable(connected to MB's socket) tightly
