Dell Inspiron 1525 CPU upgrade

Has anyone did a CPU upgrade? I would like to upgrade the CPU in that Laptop. Here is the one I want to upgrade to Intel Core 2 Duo T8300. Where I got the idea was here but will it work?

I have upgraded CPU before but not in a laptop. I know I might have to upgrade the bios and I know how to do that. I found this on how to do it.

All I want to know will that CPU work or what CPU will work?

Yes, It should work as it is a CPU that it was released with. It is fully compatible with 1525.

It's always tricky to try and upgrade a CPU in a laptop. You really have to look at the original CPU in the laptop and check the type and speed carefully. What is the speed of the laptop's CPU now? CPU sockets can vary in the same laptop models. If the original CPU is a T8300 you can replace it with a faster T8300. Please keep in mind that doing this upgrade will not increase performance that much, and you take the risk of trashing the laptop

Right now it is a Celeron 550 and like to put a Core 2 Duo T7250, T8100 or T8300. The link above said those should work. There is these sSpec number like these T7250 SLA49 (M0) and SLAXH (M0) for T8100 SLAP9 (M0) SLAVJ (M0) SLAYP (M0) SLAYZ (C0) and SLAUU (C0) for T8300 SLAPA (M0) SLAYQ (M0) this is what I don't understand so which one should I use?

I upgraded a Desktop about the same speed of the CPU and I couldn't believe the speed.
