Dell Latitude Fan Doesn't work

    Hi everyone!!

    I just test the fans with two 1.5v battery and they work fine, but the problem is that
    they doesn't work when they are in the laptop.

    what else can i check on the motherboard?

    It's a Dell Latitude C800
