Dell Service Tag Utility v5.1

Can anyone help me, I am in need of the Dell Service Tag Utility v5.1 so I can properly change it since it was set wrong by the technician that repaired my machine. I have a Dell Latitude D610. Thanks!

Only available from Dell, if at all, or from Dell authorized Techs... or talk to Dell Tech Support on the phone.
Usually, the Dell tech only sets the service tag differently, when he has changed the moterboard and other basic configuration, but he should have given you written notice of it.
