Dell sx270 Not turning on

I was gone for a year and unplugged all computers while I was away. When I reconnected my Dell, it did not come on. The green diode inside lights up but nothing when I push the on button. Don't know what to do now. Any Ideas or suggestions.

The main power supply has died. The green diode only means that you have 5 volts to the motherboard. The power supply supplies many other voltages. If just one is missing the computer won't start
