Dell U3014

The monitor is set for release very soon, but that looks more like a slip up than a tease.

We'll have to wait and see if it gets taken down :p

There is plenty about it, once you Google, and the differences are:
  1. LED back-lit screen;
  2. 10-bit color, full adobe RGB color gamut;
  3. Different AG coating;
  4. USB 3.0 - 4-port hub;
  5. Better response time;
  6. Lower energy consumption;
  7. Rumored: Easy pivoting;
In all, this is expected to be a far better product than the outgoing U3011. In fact, this may very well be the last and the greatest 30" monitor, till the days, not far off, when we see ones with 4K appear at a similar price.

More news are coming in, suggesting that the monitor will also have:
  1. A more adjustable height;
  2. Support for DisplayPort daisy chaining;
  3. GB-LED with 99% of RGB and 103% of NTSC
  4. Fine-tuning for color calibration;
  5. Response: 6ms;
  6. Viewing angles: 178;
  7. Contrast: 1000:1
  8. Brightness: 350
  9. Price: $1499
It should be announced within a few days...
