Hi,

I have win a Dell X300 from ebay auction

when i use to bootup from hard drive there's a message displays: Operating System Not Found

I press F12 for bootup from HDD nothing changes.. (HDD is already windows xp installed, i tried it on another laptop, it works)

Do you know why is that?

Should i get into bios?
When i get into bios System Disabled: #14598

Computer has not any service tag

are you able to boot from cd/dvd? then you have a chance to access the bios.
