Descriptive error message when uploading a file too large?

    I tried uploading a file and got a generic "There was a problem uploading your file" error message. I'm guessing the reason was it was too big.

    A more descriptive error message could help users (especially techspot newbies)

    Descriptive error could help as the new site doesn't have the 200KB limit notice when selecting files for upload
