Detected the troyan Win32:TratBHO(trj).

I have an avast! antivirus programe and it has detected the troyan Win32:TratBHO(trj).
Every few minutes he always find a new troyan file, i thing that i was deleted over 10-20 troyan ... Can Anyone help me how to find the base of this troyan and to delete it... I got a problem dont have my win cd to reinstal the program. My OS is Vista Home.
Can anyone help?
