Device install error please help

hi i'm trying to install this printer (HP PSC 2355) but when it detects the Hardware alls i get is "Device installer error. windows could not load the installer for printer. Contact your hardware vendor for assistance." i have no other printers installed atm ive been working on the problem for days now this web site is my last hope. please assist.

Drivers

Do you have the driver disc that goes along with it?

yes the printer is installed itself but its the hardeware thats the problem like when i first log in it say new hareware detected and thats when the problem occurs
