I was in united state enjoying dfo then i came to costa rica and iwant to play dfo but its locked to just north america cant i do anything

Yes, according to the Dungeon Fighter Online website it is limited to the USA and Canada although Korea, China, Japan and Taiwan have their own websites. However, those sites are in those countries respective languages. I guess you are out of luck.
