  1. Well, I'm having a major problem with video graphics on my computer.

My operating system is Windows Vista. I have an updated version of DirectX, but i have no drivers, i don't know if i need to update them or get new ones.

    DirectDraw Acceleration: Not Avalaible
    Direct3D Acceleration: Not Avalaible
    AGB Texture Acceleration: Not Avalaible

And the diagnostic also displays no drivers. I've got onto nVidia and tried to install drivers, but everytime, it says that the installion has failed. Ive downloaded GPUZ and seen that all information is blank. I've tried everything, but i don't know what to do. Can anyone please help me?

What are your complete system specs? Look at my specs in the upper right-hand corner of this post for an idea of what we need. If you are running on-board video you need to get the video drivers from the computers support website. You may have to purchase a new add-on graphics card
