Can't find post 21 it only goes up to 2 as far as I can tell

I've done that but it just goes up to the forum, there is no mention of page numbers anywhere.is there any chance you could copy and paste into any reply what it says there?sorry to be so thick , I'm just not fa,iliar with how these things work.

Ok , Have you tried deleting all the restore points but one. You can do this by going into disk cleanup and when the window pops up. Click on the more option tab ,Then scrolling down to the cleanup tab and click on it. This will delete all system restores but one.

Go to your start menu click on all programs. when the main menu opens click on accessories. When the menu opens scroll down to system tools. Click on it. Once it opens ,click on disk cleanup.
