I reinstalled windows XP and had problems with my windows resolution, I had a blonde moment, went into my settings and disabled my monitor then rebooted to a blank screen. I've tried to unplug the monitor, reboot, still nothing but a blank screen. Any suggestions?

Boot to Safe Mode (hit F8 when XP starts) and change the settings back.
Tried booting in safe mode, I got nothing. THe screen is completely black.

Well, if repairing Windows doesn't help, then I'd try changing the display adapter temporarily to make Windows detect the new graphics card & monitor. It doesn't help if you're using a laptop though.
