Disabled video card, can't see anything

I accidentally disabled my video card in the device manager and now my computer starts, but I can't see anything and I don't know how to re-enable it. There were 2 graphics cards options in my device manager: 1) ATI Radeon 3000 HD and 2) ATI Radeon HD 5450. I disabled Radeon 3000 (in the hopes that it would default to 5450) and now nothing comes up. I've tried resetting the BIOS via the coin battery on the motherboard, but that didn't work. Plz help!

Did you install the card into the motherboard? Try plugging in the monitor to the GPU, if you didn't do that.

also note that there is a setting in the bios that you should set to use the pci-e slot as primary display device.
