    Will disabling an integrated webcam in device manager make it impossible for viruses to access your webcam and exploit it?

    Specs:
    HP laptop
    Integrated Laptop webcam
    i5
    Windows 7

    If you disable the cam in Device Manager, the cam will remain turned off.
