I've installed a bigger drive in a system and need to transfer all data (image) from original drive to new drive. After the transfer, I need to make the new drive the C/boot drive. How should I do this? The OS is XP home.

    Thanks

    Acronis True Image 11?

I have driveimage xml. I don't need an app. I need the process. If I create the image on the new drive, because there's not enough room on the original, will I be able to install the image on the new drive from the new drive? Then how do I change the drive letters? If I boot from C, I can't change it's drive letter. Do you see my point? I do have an external USB drive that I could use for the process. I also have an ultimate boot cd for windows PE environment cd.

it will be seen as C if you use an intermediate drive to store the image. After uninstalling the old drive (taken out of comp) use the boot CD created with Driveimage to image the new drive from the USB one to the internal. Presumably you can compress the image?
