I ran the Qualy quick scan, would it behoove me to install their plugin?

On that page there is an option Scan without installing plugin

I am not seeing any trojans, rootkits, or bootkits in my logs, did you happen to detect any?

No.

Sometimes it's hard to make Secunia 100% happy so don't worry about that update.
