DNS failed error in WiFi network

  1. When I am accessing wifi network I get dns failed error message. what is the problem? pls help

    Can you connect using a wired connection?
    Get a command prompt and enter
    ipconfig /all >myTCP.txt​
    then open that file, copy the contents and paste into your follow-up

    Can you manage my system by teamviewer pls help me..I am facing to wifi network access.it is connect but I can`t access it.
