Does any one know of any simple game designing software I could use?

  1. Iv been looking into some simple game designing software to run on my pc. i would like to start it as a hobby but iv not had much look finding any.

    I'm looking for something that is not too hard to use and that can create flash games

    Does any one know of any i could use?

    Gamemaker is an excellent tool for that and it's free too. Get it here.

    Yes, it's very easy to use. There are tons of tutorials available all over the net. A simple Google search will show you lots of results. However, I find this one to be quite informative. There are other great ones out there too, so keep looking! :)

    it doesn't have an electronic tag are you sure its OK?

    Yeah gamemaker XD is good.. i made a little pacman game on that lol.. big help from tutorials though!

    I believe you answered that question, Why not use Macromedia Flash?

    It's very simple once you learn how to use ActionScript for event triggers or what ever you want to use. I used it to make games when I was 17 and it worked out pretty nice.
