    I'm gonna say no.

This says that Google Chrome doesn't support it and both Chrome and Dragon are based off Chromium.

Neither does (did?) Firefox. One of its chief virtues.

If you want to go in style to "The 2013 Malware Festival", what you need is IE-6, Active X controls and a copy of Norton Anti-virus 1996

Only IE has activex. But other browsers have java (and javascript) which is not much better, unless disabled.
