Doubts about cable modem

    I have cable modem Surfboard SB3100 (Motorloa). Now a days i am not getting internet with this modem.Now also i can able to access its setting page (http://192.168.100.1/config.html) & power,receive,online & activity lights working too. ISP people saying modem is fault . HOw can i know its faulty or not?

    There are two interface; the pc side that you can access (which apprently is functional)
    and the WAN/ISP side that you can not access.

    If you are having problems and the ISP says it is the modem, then what causes you to question? Do you have to pay for the device?
