Dreaded white Dell screen

hi can anyone help with being locked out of dell bios screen its asking for admin password ive tried lots of different ways of unlocking this lap top but to no availe its a dell inspiron 1520 ive no access other than the screen nothing boots from f12 or f2 lap top is my nephews and needs it for colledge ive taken the hard drive out and i can access this through xp on my pc so it must be a bios admin password that i need ...service tag is #fftdd3j-595b please in box me if you can help many thanks
