My computer has been crashing heaps for a few weeks now, a blue screen keeps turning up saying that i should remove new hardware and so on.

    The technical info says:
    DRIVE_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    ***STOP:0X000000D1 (0X00000030, 0X00000005, 0X00000000, 0XB9094613)
    ***HSFHWBS2.sys - Address B86B7613 base at B869100, datestamp 3F68D436

Please help me, thank you very much!

    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

HSFHWBS2.sys is your modem driver. Temporarily disconnect the modem and see if the crashes continue. If they do, go HERE and follow the troubleshooting instructions. If that still doesn`t help, post 5 or 6 of your latest minidumps for analysis.

Not that I would argue with Howard, but experience tells me that the modem is kaput. Remove it and all the software associated with it and buy a new one as this will probably be quicker and a more reliable solution.
