Driver device "Data Interface"

    I have just buy Dell Latitude E6410, OS W7 32bit, Service Tag: 71F5VM1. But I try to download and install all driver on website dell.com and now 4 "device I can't find it...every body help me.thanks very much.

    1) just my guess based on the odd names "Data Interface".. Have you downloaded the drivers on Dell support site listed under ControlPoint?

    2) Otherwise, since you just bought it might be easiest to just call Dell for support
