Hi, Your mp3 player will play video, but only in .amv format.
So you have to convert your file to .amv first then load it into the mp3/4? memory, using the USB lead.
There is a converter program on the CD that you got with the player that will do the converting for you.

If you don't have that cd with the converting software on it, or it doesn't work, I see that the Total media converter by Aiseesoft has an option to do the conversion too, but it's not free, about $25, or you may have D/L it free from 'Giveawayoftheday' a few weeks ago. ( They offer it free from time to time from that site.)

But reading the spec sheet it claims that the firmware does the converting, so all you need to do is to drag and drop the video onto the player, in Windows 'Computer' screen, and the player will convert the videos for you.
There may be other programs that will convert to .amv, but I have no info about them.
