Driver issues with GTX 570

I just recently bought a gtx 570. AMAZING card but the drivers are having issues. i sold my two 5850's and removed the drivers. Whenever i play any games on my new 570 they just lag like crazy (fps like 10) on any game. deus ex, borderlands, anything. I re install drivers, restart and it all works like a charm, but once i restart again im back to crappy fps. what is causing THIS!!!?

maybe this help you :
download Driver Sweeper from here : http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=1655
and erase all old ati and nvidia drivers installed on your system :
then download the latest nvidia driver from here : http://www.techspot.com/drivers/driver/file/information/15448/
