Driver_IRQL_not_less_or_equal, I don't know much about computers

  1. Hi, I have used my laptop for almost 2 years. Just recently it get this BSOD error, I don't know how to resolve it. I've tried re-install my windows but it still occur. My laptop is Asus X42F. I am using windows 7 professional.

    I'd be very appreciate if anyone can help :((

    If you have Bitdefender Total Security 2013 installed, this is what is causing the BSOD... Remove it and see if the BSOD stops

    I have Bitdefender Internet Security 2013. I'll try your recommendation. Thanks. I'll test it for several days more :)

    Usually in instances like this, especially if the user bought the software, is to completely uninstall (using the removal tool), and reinstall it. This should resolve any BSODs.
