Hey all, I'm attempting to fix a problem that I've had with my computer for quite awhile. I get the BSOD every few days, and it's always when a youtube video is up. I don't know if that's the cause or what, but I can watch a whole bunch of videos without fail until this thing shows up. I am NOT computer savvy in any sense of the phrase, so dumbed down instructions would be appreciated!

does this happen when your computer wakes up from sleeping? (screen is black, you move your mouse and it blue screens,?)

If it is go to power options>high performance

Or power options>change plan settings>sleep>never
