Dual boot for two hard discs each with its own operating system Win 7 & Win XP

I have computer with two 250 gig hard drives each has it's own operating sytem. disc 1 has Win 7
disc 2 Win XP.

I would like to have both permanently installed on my computer and be able to choose which o-system to use at switch on.

Any suggestions or assistance please?

While I have not used it, EasyBCE is supposed to be pretty good for doing what you want.

Also, maybe there is a BIOS setting where you can have it bring up a boot menu everytime you start your computer?
